These Terms govern your use of the training portal at trainings.kennynwokoye.com, operated by Kenny Nwokoye Limited. By creating an account, purchasing, or using the Portal, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we provide

We provide access to online training programmes, lessons, downloads, and related account and support services.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16, or the age of majority where you live. Accounts are for your personal use.

3. Purchases and access

When you buy a programme, access is granted for your personal learning unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Prices, inclusions, and programme details are shown at the point of purchase.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Portal. In particular, you may not share your account, copy, resell, or redistribute course materials, attempt to disrupt the service or gain unauthorised access, or use the Portal for unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual property

All programmes, videos, and materials are owned by or licensed to Kenny Nwokoye Limited and may not be copied, resold, redistributed, or presented as your own.

7. No guarantee of results

Our training is educational. We share strategies and systems, but we do not guarantee any specific income, sales, or business results. Outcomes depend on many factors, including your own effort and circumstances.

8. Third-party services

The Portal relies on third-party providers for hosting, email delivery, and payments. We are not responsible for their services beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kenny Nwokoye Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant programme.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms or misuse of the Portal.

11. Changes

We may update programmes, support processes, access rules, and these Terms to improve the service. The current version will always be posted here.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
