Privacy Policy
Effective date: 4 June 2026
Kenny Nwokoye Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the training portal at trainings.kennynwokoye.com (the “Portal”), where we provide online business, AI automation, sales, and digital entrepreneurship training. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.
1. Information we collect
- Identity and contact details: your name, email address, and phone number.
- Account and learning data: your login details, the courses you register for or purchase, your progress, and access history.
- Payment information: when you buy a programme, payment is handled by our third-party payment provider. We receive order and payment-reference details but do not store your full card numbers.
- Support communications: messages you send us and our replies.
- Email and marketing preferences: your consent choices and unsubscribe requests.
- Usage and device data: basic analytics and cookie data such as pages visited, approximate location, and browser or device type, used to operate and improve the Portal.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- create and manage your student account and provide access to the training you register for or buy;
- send transactional emails that are necessary to operate your account – for example, email verification, password resets, purchase and enrollment confirmations, course-access and login details, session or replay reminders, security notices, and replies to your support requests;
- send educational updates and marketing emails only where you have asked to receive them or where permitted by law, and from which you can opt out at any time;
- respond to your enquiries and provide customer support;
- improve our programmes, content, and website;
- keep records and meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations; and
- detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.
3. How we send email (email service providers)
We use trusted third-party email-delivery services to send the emails described above. These currently include Amazon Web Services’ Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES) and our hosting provider’s mail service. These providers process the recipient email address and message content solely to deliver mail on our behalf.
4. Who we share information with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the Portal, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms:
- Hosting and email infrastructure: Hostinger (website hosting and mailbox services).
- Email delivery: Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES).
- Payments: our third-party payment processor(s), who handle card and payment data under their own security standards.
- Analytics: website analytics used to understand and improve usage.
We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for unrelated third-party marketing.
5. Cookies and analytics
The Portal uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and measure how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the training, meet legal, accounting, and tax requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, update, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails whenever you wish.
- To unsubscribe from non-essential emails, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or our Unsubscribe page.
- To change what you receive, visit our Communication Preferences page.
- To exercise any other right, email us at coaching@kennynwokoye.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
While your account is open we will still send essential account, purchase, and security emails, as these are required to operate the service.
8. International transfers
We and our service providers may process your information in countries other than where you live, including the United States (for example, through Amazon SES). Where we transfer data internationally, we take steps to keep it protected in line with applicable law.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
10. Children
The Portal is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date, and significant changes may also be notified by email.
