How refunds are assessed
Refund eligibility depends on the specific programme, the offer and terms shown at the point of purchase, the payment method used, and how much of the course content has been accessed. Because our programmes provide immediate digital access to training materials, some purchases may be non-refundable once substantial content has been accessed, except where a refund is required by law.
How to request a refund
If you have a question about a payment or believe you are entitled to a refund, contact coaching@kennynwokoye.com with your name, the email address used at purchase, the programme name, and your proof of payment. Our support team will review your request and respond, normally within a few business days.
Billing issues and duplicate charges
If you were charged in error or more than once, contact us with your payment details and we will investigate and correct any genuine billing error.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can resolve any issue directly. This is usually faster than a chargeback and helps us keep your account in good standing.
