You can unsubscribe from our non-essential training and marketing emails at any time. When you ask to unsubscribe, we stop sending you those emails promptly – normally within 2 business days, and at most within 10 business days.
While your student account is open, we will still send essential account, purchase, and security emails (such as login details, password resets, and receipts), because these are required to operate your account. To close your account entirely, contact support.
